Day, France's national holiday, is celebrated on July 14th, commemorating the
storming of the Bastille prison on that day in 1789. The holiday
espouses the pillars of the French republic: Liberty, Equality, Fraternity, and
the Enjoyment of good wine (I added that last one!). Bill Barefoot of Grand Cru
